Bob Koski has competed as a track & field athlete, football player, power lifter, and natural bodybuilder. He has also been featured in numerous newspapers & magazines, as well as "The Longest Yard" movie. In 2009, his Track & Field team won the AAA State Championship.

Bob competed seven years as a track & field athlete. He was professionally sponsored from 1999-2003 and traveled throughout the country to compete against the nation's best. Bob finished his career undefeated and ranked #1 in the United States in the outdoor pentathlon.
