What is Fitness Boot Camp?
  • Fitness Boot Camp is an outdoor, class-based adventure for women that offers world-class fitness instruction, fun & energizing activities, and motivation that will help you reach your fitness goals fast.

Why should I join Boot Camp?

  • You should join the KSC Fitness Boot Camp if you're serious about making dramatic improvements to your body through strength-training, cardio-respiratory, agility, and core-work exercises. You'll experience a positive environment with other women getting in great shape and having fun at the same time. Benefits include:

No matter what age, size, or fitness level, YOU can acheive great results! Whether you are a beginner, fitness regular, or just wanting a "change of pace", KSC Fitness Boot Camp is for you. The average Boot Camp class burns up to 600-800 calories!

Who will be attending camp?

  • Women just like you. Someone who needs a change to their fitness program. Most need a jump start to their fitness or weight loss program. Those wanting to tone up, lose weight and feel better will be joining you.

When and where and what to bring?

  • Fitness Boot Camp will be held in Los Alamos at East Park.
  • Please wear well-fitted tennis shoes and bring a water bottle. You may also bring a yoga mat for stretching and core-work exercises.
  • Since classes are outdoors classes, If inclement weather occurs (severe rain and/or lightning), no make-up classes will be scheduled.
  • During winter months (January-March), class will be held indoors.

Who will be instructing Boot Camp?

  • Bob Koski will be instructing each session bringing over 20 years and 11,000 sessions of strength training and conditioning experience to Boot Camp. He has developed his own unique training programs for people in all walks of life based on real world experience.

$10 drop-in fee per class.

Los Alamos Fitness Boot Camp
Monday and Wednesdays mornings from

Aug 31st, Sept 2nd, 7th, 9th, 16th, 21st, and 23rd
No class Monday, Sept 14th
Since Los Alamos weather is unpredictable,
classes may be canceled due to inclement weather.
No make-up dates will be available.
